Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Delivery Lead

Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2 – 3 days per week)

Duration: Initial 6 Months

Contract Type: Day Rate Inside IR35

A global organisation operating across 50+ countries is undertaking a major multi-year cyber transformation programme, investing significantly in new security capabilities across a highly diverse and federated business environment.

As part of this transformation, we are seeking an experienced Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Delivery Lead to define and deliver an enterprise-wide Zero Trust strategy and roadmap.

Reporting to the Head of Cyber Transformation Programme, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for turning Zero Trust strategy into practical, scalable implementation across a complex environment spanning manufacturing, retail, food production, agriculture, and global supply chains.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Defining the enterprise Zero Trust strategy, roadmap, and implementation approach

• Owning the Zero Trust architecture across identity, endpoint, network, application, and cloud domains

• Developing scalable global blueprints, standards, and governance models for adoption across multiple business divisions

• Leading delivery across cross-functional workstreams including Identity, Network Security, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Security

• Managing programme governance, budgets, vendor relationships, risks, and executive reporting

• Driving divisional adoption and stakeholder engagement across a highly decentralised operating model

• Ensuring successful transition of Zero Trust capabilities into BAU operations

Key technologies & domains:

• Microsoft Entra ID

• Conditional Access & Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

• Microsoft Defender & Intune

• Zscaler / ZTNA platforms

• Enterprise identity, endpoint, cloud, and network security architecture

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience leading large-scale Zero Trust or cyber transformation programmes end-to-end

• Strong enterprise architecture capability combined with hands-on delivery leadership

• Experience operating within large, federated, or multi-divisional organisations

• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure executive alignment across complex environments

• Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles across identity, device, network, application, and data security

• Experience managing complex delivery dependencies, vendors, budgets, and multi-year transformation roadmaps

Desirable qualifications:

• CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, Microsoft SC-100 or equivalent

• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or operational technology (OT) environments highly advantageous
