CRM Consultant - HubSpot

CRM Consultant - HubSpot agency

£35,000 - £45,000 | Manchester (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a growing CRM and digital transformation consultancy that's helping organisations modernise the way they attract, engage and support customers.

Following a surge in new client wins, they're looking for a CRM Consultant to join their Technology Services team and play a key role in delivering CRM, automation and digital transformation projects.

This is an opportunity to work on projects that genuinely change how organisations operate. Recent work has included transforming member experiences for large industry associations, supporting national charities with customer and stakeholder engagement, and helping organisations streamline sales, service and operational processes through technology.

The business combines strategy, technology and implementation, helping clients move from fragmented systems and manual processes to connected, scalable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

The Opportunity

You'll work alongside an experienced team of CRM specialists, consultants and project leads to deliver CRM transformation projects from discovery through to implementation.

Unlike many CRM roles that focus purely on administration or support, this position offers exposure to the full project lifecycle. You'll help clients understand their requirements, map business processes, design solutions, configure systems, support data migrations and contribute to successful platform rollouts.

The team has developed a proven consulting and implementation methodology that has helped drive significant growth and establish them as a trusted partner within the HubSpot ecosystem. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced consultants whilst developing deep expertise across CRM, automation, integrations and digital transformation.

This role would suit someone already working with HubSpot who wants to develop their consulting skills, or someone with CRM implementation experience looking to build specialist expertise in one of the fastest-growing CRM platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working with clients to understand business processes, challenges and objectives

• Gathering, documenting and analysing requirements for CRM projects

• Supporting discovery workshops and solution design activities

• Configuring and customising CRM platforms to meet client requirements

• Building workflows, automation and custom data structures

• Creating and demonstrating solution prototypes

• Supporting data migration and implementation projects

• Assisting with integrations between CRM platforms and other business systems

• Testing, troubleshooting and optimising CRM solutions

• Supporting user training and platform adoption

• Collaborating closely with consultants, project leads and client stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with HubSpot CRM in either an in-house or consultancy environment

• Experience configuring CRM systems, workflows and automation

• Understanding of sales, marketing and customer service processes

• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into practical solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with data

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A genuine interest in CRM technology and digital transformation

• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn

We'd Love To See

• CRM implementation or consulting experience

• HubSpot administration or support experience

• Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems

• Exposure to tools such as Make.com, Zapier or APIs

• Experience working with membership organisations, charities, associations or B2B organisations

• Agency, consultancy or SaaS experience

What's On Offer?

• £35,000 - £45,000 salary

• Hybrid working with a Manchester office base

• 22 days holiday increasing with service

• Additional birthday leave

• Paid volunteer days

• Dedicated personal development and training time

• Regular team socials

• Exposure to a wide variety of CRM and digital transformation projects

• Clear progression opportunities within a growing technology team

If you're looking to move beyond day-to-day CRM administration and become part of a team delivering complex, high-impact transformation projects, we'd love to hear from you.
