New opportunity for a commercially focused Webflow Website Executive to join an established B2B organisation entering a new phase of digital growth.
The business has operated successfully for decades, is family-owned, and is a recognised household name within its sector.
It is now evolving into a more modern, insight-led and technology-enabled business model, with increased investment in marketing performance, data and digital acquisition.
The website is a central acquisition channel within this strategy. This role sits within the marketing team and will take ownership of the website as a lead generation and conversion-focused platform.
Importantly, this is not a purely creative role. It is commercially driven and performance-led, with clear accountability for measurable outcomes.
The Role
As Webflow Website Executive, you will manage and optimise the company’s brochure-style website, built entirely in Webflow (including CMS functionality).
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, content and design, ensuring the website performs as a consistent and reliable source of inbound leads.
The site includes landing pages, gated content, blog content and HubSpot-integrated forms. Your focus will be on improving structure, user journeys, SEO performance and conversion rates.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, works methodically and is motivated by measurable improvement rather than just design output.
Responsibilities
- Website Ownership & Optimisation Build, maintain and update pages within Webflow CMS
- Own site structure, navigation and internal linking
- Optimise landing pages and gated content journeys
- Ensure UX best practice across all touchpoints
Conversion & Lead Generation
- Implement and optimise HubSpot forms and lead flows
- Improve on-page conversion rates through structured testing
- Work closely with marketing on campaign landing pages
- Ensure handovers into HubSpot are clean and functional
Performance & Insight
- Monitor performance using GA, Hotjar or similar tools
- Track traffic, engagement and conversion metrics
- Identify opportunities for SEO improvement
- Use insight to inform site changes and prioritisation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content and design to ensure on-brand execution
- Collaborate with development / innovation where required
- Maintain high standards across brand and user experience
Requirements
- Commercial experience building or maintaining Webflow CMS websites
- Experience working on brochure-style, lead generation websites
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimisation
- Exposure to CRO principles and conversion-focused thinking
- Comfortable reviewing analytics and drawing practical insights
- Experience integrating HubSpot forms (or similar CRM integrations) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organised approach to workload
This role requires hands-on Webflow capability. Academic-only or portfolio-only experience will not be sufficient.
Hybrid: 3 days per week in office with flexi-time.
Location: Wrexham (approx. 15–20 minutes from Chester)
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000
