Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Customer Operations Advisor to work for a industrial client based in M19.

ROLE: Customer Operations Advisor

PAY RATE: £13.93 per hour via Umbrella, £27,164.80/annum

JOB TYPE: Contract- 1 month

LOCATION: Manchester (M19)

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM or 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, 37.5 hours/week

THE ROLE:
Main duties & responsibilities:

• Tidying up site and stores area, topping up stores bin as required
• Packing and unpacking deliveries
• Attend off-site collections within walkable distances.
• Answering calls/emails/queries for customer support
• Following instructions as guided on site to complete ad-hoc tasks

Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

• Comfortable with working in an industrial environment always following health and safety policies
• Basic competent IT literacy skills - professional email correspondence and use of MS Office for data entry essential to follow instruction
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with customer on site
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Stores/Warehouse experience advantageous but not essential
