Electrical Supervisor (Trades and Labour)
ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Carbon60 is looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to work on a major highways project based at M25 Junction 10 (GU23 6BA).
ROLE: Electrical Supervisor (TRADES AND LABOUR) (Days)
 PAY RATE: c. £35 per hour CIS
 HOURS: Approx. 50 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)
 CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary (21st October 2025 - 23rd November 2025)
 LOCATION: Ripley GU23
 THE ROLE:
- Supervise highways electricians carrying out electrical terminations and streetlighting works.
 - Ensure all site activities comply with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines.
 - Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and safety checks.
 - Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery of works.
 - Oversee the use of appropriate PPE and adherence to highways safety protocols.
 - Attend site inductions prior to commencement (including Balfour Beatty induction).
 
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- SSSTS
 - HERS Card
 - Highways Passport
 - Gold CSCS or ECS Supervisory Card
 - NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
 - G39 - Highway Electrical Safety
 - EUSR Category 1 & 2
 - Safety Critical Medical
 
DESIRABLE:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
 - Test & Inspection qualification
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- PPE must meet highways standards: steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, high-visibility clothing, insulated gloves, arc-rated clothing, and hearing protection.
 - Applicants should have experience supervising electrical works on highways or large infrastructure projects.
