Electrician -Commercial Work

Our client are a reputable Mechanical & Electrical Company who are looking for an experienced Electrician with Commercial experience.

This is is a 3-month contract | 37 hours/week | Immediate Start

Van, fuel card, PPE & test equipment provided

Work will be to support peak summer compliance works across GSK, SGN, SSE, and Sodexo school sites.

Based from Motherwell, this role involves travelling to field locations across Southern Scotland, carrying out inspection, testing and remedial works to help us meet seasonal demand.

• Electrical inspection and testing to BS7671 standards

• Emergency lighting and equipment testing

• Remedial works based on inspection findings

• Working to client scopes and safety procedures

• Daily van-based travel directly to client sites

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing

• 18th Edition (BS7671)

• AM2 (or equivalent full apprenticeship route)

• Basic DBS check (essential)

• ECS Card

• Strong experience with commercial/industrial environments

• A positive attitude and ability to work independently
