HR Systems Specialist - 12 Month FTC
We are working with a well-regarded International Law Firm, who are seeking a HR Systems Specialist (SAP Successfactors) to join their HR function.

Duties will include:
- Drive the development and optimisation of our HR technology landscape, with an early focus on delivering high‐quality people data and insights.
- Support the ongoing configuration, maintenance and enhancement of our core HR systems (including SuccessFactors), ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Partner with HR teams to improve processes, implement system updates, and introduce new workflows that increase efficiency and user experience.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable effective data‐driven decision making across the organisation.
- Play a key role in annual and cyclical HR activities by ensuring systems, data, and reporting are accurate and ready for key business cycles.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage data quality, and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
- Support the rollout of new digital HR initiatives, provide training to system users, and collaborate with external partners and vendors where required.
The successful HR Systems Specialist much have good SAP Successfactors experience.
