We're partnered with a leading international law firm seeking a Senior MLS Delivery Manager to join its expanding Centre of Excellence.
\n
\n
The successful candidate will oversee several legal delivery teams across Finance & Banking and Construction & Projects, while helping shape how legal services are delivered to lawyers and clients globally.
\n
\n
You'll be responsible for helping develop the firm's wider Managed Legal Services offering, including:

- Managing multiple legal delivery teams and ensuring consistently high service levels
- Developing scalable legal service delivery models
- Leading people development, career frameworks and succession planning
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and lawyers
- Supporting client solutions, RFPs and pitches
- Owning utilisation, profitability, forecasting, budgets and operational KPIs
- Driving process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Leading the adoption of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions
- Using data and operational insight to improve service delivery
- Supporting strategic workforce planning and team growth
- Directly managing paralegals where required

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Strong experience managing paralegal or legal delivery teams
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and talent development
- A strong understanding of legal service delivery and operational efficiency
- Experience delivering transformation or continuous improvement projects
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, lawyers and clients
- Commercial awareness and experience with budgets, forecasting and performance metrics
- An interest in how technology and AI can transform legal service delivery

Experience within finance, construction or projects would be particularly useful, including areas such as project finance, transaction/completion support, ancillary documentation, transaction bibles, investment funds or pensions.
