The Opportunity

We are supporting a global organisation on the delivery of a large-scale career site and candidate experience transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the implementation.

This role is focused on website delivery, digital platforms and user experience, making it ideal for someone who has successfully delivered customer-facing websites and digital products while coordinating design, development, content and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of career site and digital platform implementations
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into delivery plans
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, UX/UI, Design, Engineering, Content and Marketing teams
• Manage website content, branding, user journeys and interactive digital experiences
• Oversee QA, UAT, launch readiness and post-launch support activities
• Coordinate third-party vendors and platform integrations
• Ensure quality control across all digital deliverables before launch
• Provide regular project updates and stakeholder reporting
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans

Required Experience

• 3+ years' experience as a Digital Project Manager, Web Project Manager, Digital Delivery Manager or similar
• Proven experience delivering websites, digital platforms or customer-facing web applications
• Strong understanding of the full website delivery lifecycle, from discovery through launch
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Design, UX, Product, Engineering and Content
• Strong project planning, risk management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing QA, UAT and release activities
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments

Desirable Experience

• Career site, recruitment website or candidate experience platform delivery
• CMS platforms such as WordPress, AEM, Sitecore, Drupal or similar
• UX/UI, wireframing, prototyping or user journey optimisation
• Website content strategy and SEO
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
• Chatbot, conversational AI or AI-powered digital experience projects
• ATS, HR technology or recruitment platform integrations
