Location: UK-wide (hybrid)
We are working with a well-established business consultancy with a rapidly growing Oracle Cloud practice. Our client is seeking Oracle HCM Consultants or Managing Consultants to support large-scale HR and enterprise transformation programmes.
The Role
You will help design and deliver integrated Oracle Cloud HCM and/or ERP solutions for clients undergoing transformation. This includes shaping solution design, supporting integration and data activities, and ensuring that Oracle capabilities align to business goals and industry best practice.
At Managing Consultant level, you will also take on leadership responsibilities across workstreams, stakeholder management, proposition development, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and supporting delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP solutions
- Translating business requirements into scalable Oracle configurations
- Supporting integration, data migration, and optimisation
- Working with senior stakeholders to shape solution design
- Collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams
- Contributing to proposals, workshops, and practice development
- Mentoring junior talent within the team
Your Profile
- Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP
- Strong understanding of cloud-based HR/enterprise processes
- Consulting background preferred (industry applicants with consulting experience welcome)
- Structured thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in matrixed environments and manage stakeholders effectively
