Role Overview
Join the Global Go‐to‐Market Programs team, operating at the critical intersection of global strategy and regional execution. This team is the final stage of strategic planning and the first line of execution, enabling successful launches across EMEA.
In this role, you’ll support the launch and scaling of a major EMEA Shopping program, owning execution across selected markets while partnering closely with global stakeholders and EMEA frontline sales teams.
You’ll be responsible for pre‐launch readiness, post‐launch operational excellence, and data‐driven performance insights, ensuring programs land effectively and scale sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
Pre‐Launch (Months 1–6)
- Prepare EMEA sales teams for program pitching and activation through readiness materials, workflows, and enablement support.
- Execute go‐to‐market operational deliverables aligned to global program objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and support creators participating in the program.
- Adapt global program guidance to meet regional and market‐specific needs.
- Partner with global program teams to ensure alignment across strategy, timelines, and execution.
Post‐Launch (Months 7–12)
- Manage ongoing program operations supporting merchants and creators.
- Monitor program health using defined KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to surface insights, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
- Identify operational improvements and recommend data‐backed enhancements.
- Act as a trusted execution partner to sales and regional stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years experience in Program Management, Operations, Business Analysis, or Revenue / GTM Operations.
- Strong structured thinking with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‐moving environments.
- Proven ability to work independently, own execution, and drive results end‐to‐end.
- Strong SQL proficiency (technical assessment during interviews).
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
- Experience within large‐scale technology or high‐growth non‐traditional tech companies (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Netflix, Disney, marketplace, commerce, or creator‐led platforms).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior global and regional stakeholders.
