Senior Regulatory Operations Manager – Programme Management

Location: London, UK (Remote)

Contract: 11 months | Inside IR35

Rate: £31.33 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Programme / Operations Manager with a strong background in Projects & technology-driven environments to lead regulatory compliance initiatives across EMEA and globally when required. This role involves managing complex programmes, aligning strategy and execution, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions. Working hours may need some flexibility for working across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute compliance programmes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Policy teams.
• Analyse risks and implement strategies to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Communicate programme outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in programme or operations management, ideally within tech or digital platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in matrixed organisations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, Creative ambiguous environments.
