Partner Solutions Manager Location: UK, Remote Length: 12 Months Start Date: Asap Rate: £39.90 (Inside IR35) Hours: 9am-6pm Role Overview: As a Partner Solution Manager for Gaming in EMEA, you will support a portfolio of some of client’s strategic game developer partners. Your role will be to support and problem-solve by executing strategies that leverage Facebook Play’s unique platform strengths. You will act as a trusted partner to top gaming partners, driving product adoption and success of games on client’s platforms. This role requires significant autonomy and a willingness to dive into technical challenges to support our developers, creating long-term partnership value. You will also collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our platform continues to be the leading destination for frictionless social gaming experiences that foster player connections and community.Responsibilities:
  • Identify and execute opportunities for clients Play’s strategic partners in EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts with both shorter term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmap Inspire and confidently present client’s platform to partner’s senior leadership
  • Operate as the lead for all strategic matters related to focus gaming partners in EMEA, including product adoption and fostering growth across Meta family of Apps
  • Develop and implement strategy to improve partner experience with platform and ensure games are optimised for platform
  •  Gather external market insights and analyse portfolio performance to surface key findings and recommendations to internal cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in gaming, technology or account management space Proven experience of operating with high degree of autonomy Strategic acumen, ability to make data driven decisions and to communicate them effectively to wider audience (internally and externally)
  • Knowledge of the gaming ecosystem, including business models, monetization mechanics, genres, and game economies
  •  Proven experience in working successfully with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, both internally and externally
  •  Previous experience in partnerships/business development in the gaming sphere is a plus
