Content Strategist
Content Strategist Location: London, UK Length: 12 months Duration: 16/02/2026 – 16/02/2027 Rate: £34.62 per hour (Inside IR35)Hours: 40 hour per week (Remote)Job description We’re looking for a content expert to support the Help Centre content team (maternity cover). This role is specifically focused on providing scaled help and support content for Client’s enterprise product suite used by companies and work customers. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content management, content strategy, project management, and data-informed decision making. Responsibilities Collaborate with product, marketing, operations and legal teams to create content for product launches Explain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language using Client’s voice Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently changing deadlines Undertaking hands-on research to obtain often technical content from subject matter experts and engineers, translating it into clear, concise, structured documentation Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of professional writing experience (especially within help and support content, editorial quality assurance, online operations at a tech company, technical writing). Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience, with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage competing priorities XML skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to interpret, analyse and evaluate given information relative to content techniques.
- Part of the Help Centre team
- Write and create content across Client – Consumer family of apps, Ads, Products and help centres.
- The team work closely with product teams, making sure content is accurate for users and their experience
- Help users with self-service, educating users to get the most out of the products
- Help centres are the direct support team for consumer facing scrips, release notes and public facing content.
