Digital Learning /HR Project Manager 12 month FTC - immediate start3 days in the office - Role Description;To lead the design, implementation, and management digital learning strategy.Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital learning strategy aligned with our clients organisational goals
- Select, implement, and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools and platforms.
- Design and curate high-quality eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions using instructional design best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify learning needs and advise, translate and communicate them into effective digital solutions.
- Oversee the production of digital learning content, including video, interactive modules, and assessments.
- Proven experience in Instructional Design, Human Resources, L&D or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or L&D..
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms /worked on s RFP
- Proven ability to lead digital learning projects with cross business teams end-to-end.
- Experience with learning analytics and data-driven decision-making.
