A leading global technology company is looking for an experienced Product Experiences Producer to create and deliver memorable product demonstrations, events and experiential activations.
Working within a global experiential marketing team, you will help bring consumer hardware and software products to life for a range of audiences. This is more than a traditional event-logistics role: you will shape the product experience, manage complex stakeholder relationships and confidently present technology to senior and VIP audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support product experiences, live events and experiential activations.
- Translate event briefs, product objectives and budgets into effective experience plans.
- Manage several events simultaneously across different scopes, budgets and locations.
- Provide production expertise across experience design, product demonstrations, staffing, technology and onsite delivery.
- Deliver confident and engaging live product demonstrations to VIP audiences.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Communications, Policy, Creative, Legal and Data teams.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, production partners and budgets.
- Train onsite staff and coordinate hardware for product demonstrations.
- Develop scalable processes and production playbooks.
- Create measurement plans and support post-event reporting.
- Respond calmly and decisively to changing requirements and live production challenges.
Experience required
- Ideally eight to ten years’ experience in experiential production, events or product experiences.
- At least five years’ client-facing experience in event production, experiential marketing or a creative agency.
- Experience delivering complex, high-profile events in fast-paced environments.
- Confident public-speaking and presentation skills, ideally including live product demonstrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong judgement and the ability to de-escalate challenges and make effective real-time decisions.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into clear narratives.
- Flexibility to travel and occasionally work early mornings or evenings to support global teams and live events.
Desirable experience
- Consumer technology, hardware or software product experience.
- Knowledge of XR, AR or VR products.
- Hands-on technical or device-troubleshooting experience.
- Experience within a global technology company or complex matrixed organisation.
The successful candidate will combine excellent experiential production skills with strategic thinking, technical curiosity and confidence presenting products to high-profile audiences.
