Program Manager – Operations & Analytics – Go-to-Market (EMEA) - ICONIC GLOBAL TECH BRAND Duration: 12 months Location: London Pay: £28.85 per hour PAYE Role Overview You’ll sit within the Go-to-Market Global Programs team—the last frontier of strategy and the first team of execution. The role bridges global strategy and EMEA front-line sales, supporting the launch and scaling of a major EMEA Shopping program.You will manage pre-launch readiness, post-launch operations, and data-driven insights, working closely with global counterparts while owning execution across selected EMEA markets.Key Responsibilities Pre-Launch (first 6 months):
- Prepare EMEA sales teams for program pitch and activation.
- Execute operational workflows and GTM deliverables.
- Identify and onboard the right creators for the program.
- Adapt global program guidance for regional needs.
- Support merchants and creators through ongoing operations.
- Perform data analysis to track program health and surface insights.
- Monitor metrics and flag opportunities for optimisation.
- 3–5 years in program management, operations, or business analysis.
- Strong structured thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to work independently and drive execution.
- SQL proficiency (tested in interviews).
- Strong data analysis skills; Google Suite expertise.
- Experience in large tech or non-traditional tech (Netflix, Disney, TikTok, Meta, commerce/creator programs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
