Strategic Account Executive - Series C Ai Startup - £350K OTE

A well-funded, Series C communications and AI platform — trusted by 4,000+ of the world's most popular apps — is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to own a focused book of 15–20 major enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe.

This is a hunter role for a closer. You'll be selling AI-powered communication infrastructure to product and technology leaders (CPO, CTO, VP Product) at major enterprise accounts, including leading retailers and consumer platforms. The sales motion is consultative, complex, and high-value — expect multi-stakeholder cycles and $1M+ ACV deals.

💰 $330K–$360K OTE (50/50 split) | Uncapped commissions | 30% accelerator on self-sourced | Equity

📍 Remote – London

🎯 $1.2M quota | 3-month non-recoverable draw

What we're looking for:

→ 7+ years as an enterprise seller (10+ YOE total)

→ Consistent quota attainment and/or President's Club in a strategic accounts role

→ Closed $1M+ ACV deals — and can speak to them specifically

→ Sold into product/tech buyer personas (CPO, CTO, VP Product)

→ Experience at a startup or scaleup (not big tech only)

→ Conversational AI or AI product sales experience a strong plus

→ Uses a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC preferred)

→ Has sold into major retailers (John Lewis, Tesco, M&S)

Not a fit if: you've only farmed accounts, can't cite specific deal sizes, have a history of short tenures, or come exclusively from large enterprise/SLED backgrounds.
