A global digital services and solutions organisation is accelerating the growth of its Testing & Quality Engineering practice across the UK and Europe.
Following a major strategic expansion of its QA and digital assurance capabilities, the business is investing in senior commercial leadership to drive aggressive new logo growth.
This is a high-impact, pure hunting role focused on winning enterprise clients and expanding advanced Testing & QA services across multiple industry sectors.
As Business Development Director, you will:
- Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts
- Sell end-to-end Testing & Quality Engineering services
- Build and execute a targeted account penetration strategy
- Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract signature
- Lead complex, multi-million-pound pursuits
- Collaborate with global pre-sales, solution, and delivery teams
Key solution areas include:
- Digital Assurance & Transformation Testing
- Automation & AI-led Testing
- Performance Engineering
- Cloud & DevOps Testing
- Enterprise Applications Testing (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Managed Testing Services
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record selling Testing / QA / Quality Engineering services
- Strong new business hunter mindset
- Experience closing £1m+ enterprise deals
- Background within IT Services / Digital Engineering / Consulting environments
- Ability to develop C-level relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience selling cross-sector (Retail, Travel, Telco, Healthcare, Public Sector desirable)
- Highly strategic, commercially driven, and results-focused
