We’re partnered with a high-growth global digital transformation consultancy expanding its UK team.

They are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support enterprise clients through complex transformation programmes, with 30% of the role focused on Salesforce-led initiatives.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering organisational change across major digital programmes, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working. A portion of your work will involve supporting Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), working alongside technical and delivery teams to drive user engagement and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across digital and business transformation programmes
• Support adoption and engagement for Salesforce platforms within wider transformation initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage relationships across all levels, including senior leadership
• Develop communication, training, and change impact strategies
• Assess organisational readiness and support smooth transition into new systems and processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including delivery, product, and Salesforce specialists

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in change management within consulting or large-scale transformation environments
• Exposure to Salesforce ecosystems or CRM transformation programmes
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and manage stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
