Contract Type: 6-Month Rolling Contract

Location: Hybrid (London / UK-based)

Rate: Up to £600/day (Outside IR35)

Client: Global IT Consultancy

We’re working with a global IT consultancy to deliver a high-impact digital transformation programme for a major end client. They’re seeking a D365 Power Platform Architect to provide leadership and technical expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365—on a long-term, rolling contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and client goals
  • Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM)
  • Guide teams through best practices for Power Platform development, deployment, and governance
  • Integrate D365 with external data sources and systems via APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors
  • Engage with client stakeholders and business analysts to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and architecture design sessions
  • Provide architectural oversight during implementation and serve as an escalation point for technical issues
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance policies
  • Support DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and automated testing frameworks

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions on Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
  • Proficient in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
  • Experience integrating with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Key Vault)
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft security, identity, and compliance models
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, entity modelling, and performance tuning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
  • Knowledge of ALM best practices, GitHub/Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or Dynamics 365 + Power Platform certifications
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or public sector clients
  • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
