IDAM Solutions Architect

IDAM Solutions Architect is required to join a large scale technology transformation programme, and to lead Identity & Access Management (IDAM) solution architecture and delivery across the programme to ensure strategic alignment and technical coherence with the enterprise target-state architecture.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining and delivering IDAM solution architectures across programmes and platforms.
• Leading the IT and technology sections of IDAM business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic and target architectures.
• Collaborating with business and technical delivery teams to ensure architectural coherence and adoption of recommendations.
• Providing ongoing architectural governance and support to implementation teams.
• Contributing to discovery and planning activities to shape business case development and architectural direction
• Embedding Zero Trust principles into enterprise architecture.

Required experience and skills:

• Extensive experience in IDAM architecture, including federated identity, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC), and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and governance (TOGAF).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across delivery, product, and platform teams.

• Ability to apply architecture frameworks and governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the solutions.
