We are partnering with a global technology services organisation experiencing strong growth across the UK insurance sector. They are looking to appoint a New Business Sales Leader to drive strategic expansion across Tier 1 and London Market insurers.
This is a high-impact role focused on building new client relationships, developing pipeline, and closing large transformation programmes across data, digital, cloud and AI-led services.
The Role
- Lead new logo acquisition across the UK insurance market
- Build and execute strategic account penetration plans
- Engage C-level stakeholders across Tier 1 insurers and the London Market
- Drive sales across consulting, digital engineering, cloud, data and AI offerings
- Collaborate with solution teams to shape complex transformation proposals
- Own the full sales lifecycle from origination through to deal closure
- Contribute to UK go-to-market strategy within insurance
Ideal Background
- Proven track record winning new business within the insurance sector
- Experience selling IT services, consulting or digital transformation programmes
- Strong network across London Market insurers and Tier 1 carriers
- Demonstrated success closing deals in the £2m–£20m+ range
- Strong understanding of at least one of the following:
- Data & AI transformation
- Cloud migration
- Digital engineering
- Core systems modernisation
- Hunter mentality with strategic sales approach
