PIM Manager/Product Information Management Administrator ( with Syndigo)

Location- UK (fully work from home)

Salary- £35K- 40K per annum + benefits

A junior PIM Manager/PIM Administrator is required for one of our Global Software Distribution clients. Should have experience working in a Master Data Management (MDM) team. You will provide the latest and accurate product data in multiple ERP and quoting systems in a timely manner to help the sales teams respond to customer requests promptly.

Must have experience with PIM system- (Product Information Management), ideally Syndigo.

You should be well-acquainted with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities: -

• Create and update products and product data in the global PIM system (Syndigo Product Experience Cloud)
• Prepare and structure product data in PIM for publication in web shop and online price book.
• Updating prices in local currency for multiple countries based on FX rates and uplifts
• Maintaining product data for improved data handling
• Implementing direct product updates in PIM in accordance with vendors and API team
• Onboarding new vendors in accordance with vendor management
• Willing to work in a global environment
