About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce New Business Development Lead to drive multi-cloud Salesforce sales across the Financial Services sector. You will focus on winning new logos, expanding wallet share, and positioning our solutions as long-term strategic partners for banks, insurers, fintechs, and wealth-management organisations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and drive new business acquisition across Financial Services in the UK.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Salesforce multi-cloud solutions.
  • Build C-level relationships and act as a trusted digital transformation advisor.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape world-class Salesforce propositions.
  • Identify customer challenges and translate them into tailored Salesforce transformation roadmaps.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and Salesforce ecosystem gatherings.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record as a Salesforce Hunter, ideally within a consulting or SI environment.
  • Strong experience selling into banks, insurance, fintech, or broader Financial Services.
  • Ability to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
  • Established network across UK Financial Services.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Industries, Financial Services Cloud).
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly motivated by new business generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
