Business Admin Apprentice
Caremark Cannock Chase & South Staffordshire, a trusted home care provider based in South Staffordshire, England, has an exciting opportunity to take on a Business Administration Apprentice to support their high-quality, person-centred care services that make care feel kind, safe, and easy to trust.
Role
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Answer telephone calls, take detailed messages, and liaise professionally with clients, families, social workers, doctors, and other key stakeholders.
- Email & Digital Correspondence: Produce written communications and emails to a high standard, ensuring clear and professional information sharing with the Senior Management Team (SMT).
- Care Planning & Records: Assist with care planning tasks, update client records, and accurately add notes into the company’s CRM system.
- Office & Calendar Management: Utilise internal IT systems and manage shared calendars to support day-to-day office operations and coordinate with staff.
- Problem Solving & Collaboration: Work closely with care staff and apply a solution-oriented approach to resolve queries efficiently.
