Enterprise Architect (London)

Carmicheal is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join the team based in London. The role is a 12-month contract. It is primarily remote, with occasional requirements to work in the office.

1. Work with customers and senior stakeholders to define and agree on roadmaps that align business capabilities with technology solutions.
2. Ensure that the technology strategy and roadmaps support the customer's business strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to our customers and clients.
3. Drive technology-enabled change programs.
4. Document the Enterprise Architecture for our customers and clients using Architecture tooling.
5. Keep Architecture Models up to date for both customer projects and the client. Collaborate with other disciplines in the Architecture Group to provide costed options to address challenges or capability gaps.
6. Work with internal teams to document Client Enterprise Architecture and help shape initiatives supporting the Leading-Edge Strategy.
7. Support project teams working on customer initiatives with Enterprise Architecture expertise.
8. Contribute to defining the IT Strategy, ensuring alignment with specific business strategy areas, capabilities, and roadmaps.
9. Assist the PMO team with capacity planning for initiatives based on early triage and sizing.
10. Support bid teams by providing Enterprise Architecture models to meet customer requirements.
11. Lead virtual, cross-functional teams in business-led initiatives, ensuring strong business partnering with a customer focus.
