Zendesk Implementation Specialist – Short Term Temp Assignment - Remote Working (UK) – Immediate Start – c£35/hour
Are you a whizz with Zendesk implementation?
Would you be able to set up the platform, coordinate the automations and set up reporting functions?
Are you available imminently and able to temp for approximately 2 weeks?

Our client has recently switched to Zendesk and is needing help with implementing the product, coordinating automations and setting up reporting and analysis functions.
We’re looking for someone who can quickly and efficiently take ownership and initiate the set up on behalf of the client, designing and implementing triggers, automations, workflows, reporting, key support channels and more.
What our client needs assistance with:
- Helping to implement Zendesk for the business
- Designing and implementing triggers and automations
- Configuring key support channels (predominantly emails)
- Refining dashboards and reporting
- Documenting setup, key workflows and processes to support the team in the long-term
And more.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience implementing Zendesk, ideally within SMEs
- Confident configuring triggers, automations, support channels, views etc. from scratch
- Ability to document set up, key workflows and processes
- Ability to explain processes to team members
- Available imminently and able to undertake a short-term temporary assignment
