Business Analyst required to work for an Enterprise Business based in Cardiff. However, this will be based in the office circa 2-3 times a week, and the rest from home. There may be travel to other locations, but expenses will be fully paid for this.

We need a good, seasoned Business Analyst with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven, hardened Stakeholder Management skills. With regards to Stakeholder Management, we need someone who has worked in an environment where ‘time is precious’ and it is all about being effective in the time allocated when it comes to executing solutions.

Attitude is absolutely key here. It will be a good, fun journey but we need this person to accept the role for what it is – lots of twists and turns, lots of being pulled into different areas at once, lots of spinning plates but ultimately no moaning and groaning – just get the job done and try your best to reach to end goals required!

We can look at Business Analysts who have worked in Technology, but you must also have experience in executing projects on the business side too. Business stakeholder management is essential.
