Global Head of Data & Analytics Officer required to work for a Global Enterprise business based in Central London. However, this will be part remote and there will be a requirement for office presence when facing off to senior Stakeholders such as the CIO, COO and the CEO.
This is a strategic leadership position with direct interaction at the highest level, including the CIO, COO, and CEO, shaping the future direction of the business. It is one of the most important hires in this company’s recent history.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global Data and Analytics strategy that accelerates digital transformation, including AI
- Lead enterprise-scale AI deployment, from predictive analytics to generative AI solutions.
- Champion data governance, ethics, and compliance across all regions.
- Manage, build and inspire a world-class Data and Analytics leadership team.
- Engage directly with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive cloud-native AI ecosystems and advanced analytics platforms.
Experience Required
- Proven track record as a Chief Data Officer, Chief Data & Analytics Officer, Chief AI Officer (with a heavy slant on Data & Analytics) or equivalent in a global enterprise.
- Recognised thought leader in Data and Analytics (e.g., DataIQ Top 100, industry awards, keynote speaker).
- Expertise in AI strategy, machine learning, and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CDAO, AI Ethics, or advanced data science credentials are highly desirable.
