Senior Software Engineer (Python, Django, ReactJS) required to work for a fast growing and exciting business based in Central London. However, this role is mainly remote.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop and deliver end-to-end features across the stack
- Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for new features and systems
- Analyse and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance, and provide feedback to peers during code reviews
- Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Collaborate effectively with distributed team members across multiple time zones, including offshore development teams
- Build relationships and foster team cohesion across geographical and cultural boundaries.
Experience required:
- Expert Python/Django developer with full-stack capability (ReactJS, JavaScript, PHP)
- Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices
- Solid experience with AWS cloud services and modern web infrastructure
- Familiar with distributed systems (RabbitMQ, Celery) and caching (Redis)
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and own end-to-end feature delivery
