Key Responsibilities:
·Design and develop mechanical systems for mission-critical environments, with a focus on HVAC, chilled water, and ventilation
·Prepare mechanical specifications, schematics, and layouts in line with client briefs and industry standards
·Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions
·Attend design meetings, coordinate with electrical and structural teams, and contribute to design reviews
·Provide technical support during project delivery and ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations
What They're Looking For:
·A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
·Proven experience in mechanical design within the built environment - ideally data centres, commercial, healthcare, or critical infrastructure
·Familiarity with industry standards, CIBSE guidelines, and mechanical system design principles
·Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES
·Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
·A proactive attitude, keen eye for detail, and the confidence to take ownership of your work
