CRM Executive - Hubspot Specialist
A forward-thinking international professional services group is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to join its Technology department. This newly created role sits within the Products team and offers a unique opportunity to shape CRM strategy and performance across the business.
As the firm's HubSpot expert, you'll lead the optimisation, configuration, and integration of the platform to support strategic growth objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable CRM solutions, ensuring the right tools are used for the right processes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving systems, and driving engagement through data-driven insights. You'll also have the opportunity to expand your CRM expertise beyond HubSpot, gaining exposure to other platforms and business development technologies.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Management & Optimisation
- Administer and configure HubSpot to meet evolving business needs
- Design and implement automated workflows to support lead nurturing and retention
- Stay current with HubSpot updates and CRM best practices
Data Strategy & Integrity
- Develop and maintain data collection strategies across practice areas
- Conduct regular audits and cleansing to ensure data accuracy
- Create custom modules and reset expectations around data usage
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training
- Act as the primary contact for sales, marketing, and client service teams
- Deliver training and support for new and existing users
- Share best practices and develop user-friendly resources
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate reports on campaign performance and customer engagement
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights
System Integration & Automation
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate HubSpot with other tools
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a HubSpot-focused role, ideally within professional services
- Expertise in workflow automation, CRM optimisation, and revenue attribution
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS is a plus
- HubSpot Academy certifications (Sales, Marketing Software, Service Hub) desirable
- Familiarity with Lexis Nexis InterAction is an advantage
