CRM Executive - InterAction Specialist

A leading international law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to join its dynamic Products team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in driving data integrity, supporting business development initiatives, and enhancing product management outcomes across the firm.

Working closely with Technology and BD teams, the CRM Executive will manage and optimise CRM data processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic segmentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in performance tracking, user support, and system configuration, contributing to the firm's broader client engagement and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Segmentation

  • Maintain and update client and company records, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Run data searches, manage folders, and archive outdated contacts
  • Monitor data quality and support governance initiatives
  • Segment contacts and maintain targeted mailing lists
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and guide users on data standards

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate reports using Power BI and other tools
  • Analyse engagement metrics and contact feedback
  • Support KPI development and strategic insights

Project & Inbox Oversight

  • Manage CRM-related inboxes and ensure timely query resolution
  • Lead small-scale data projects from initiation to completion

Training & Support

  • Deliver ad-hoc training to staff across departments
  • Create user guides and support materials
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes

System Configuration & Compliance

  • Ensure CRM compliance with data protection laws
  • Support IT testing and system upgrades
  • Recommend improvements aligned with CRM trends

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in InterAction CRM (essential)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing automation tools (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Prior line management experience preferred
