Intranet Operations Executive
This Intranet Operations Executive will join a leading law firm to joining the digital marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will focus on managing the firmwide intranet-an essential platform for internal communication and engagement. You'll act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders across departments and contributing to the evolution of internal communications technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update content across the firmwide intranet.
 - Support content editors in reviewing and refreshing material.
 - Manage the central support inbox for intranet-related queries.
 - Assist leadership and internal comms teams in delivering firmwide messages.
 - Collaborate with IT on platform development, testing, and integrations.
 - Oversee user access and security controls, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
 - Recommend and implement user experience improvements.
 - Train and advise a network of content editors on best practices.
 - Liaise with platform vendors and stay informed on product developments.
 - Generate engagement reports and provide actionable insights.
 - Document system configurations and contribute to platform development initiatives.
 - Support governance around content management and accessibility.
 - Participate in audits, risk assessments, and continuity planning.
 
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, particularly within digital marketing or internal communications, and be comfortable working with CMS platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in intranet or website content management systems (CMS); experience with OpenText Web CMS or Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
 - Familiarity with user access protocols and handling sensitive information.
 - Strong communication and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
 - Professional integrity and a commitment to high standards.
 - Experience working in diverse teams and promoting inclusive culture.
