My client is hiring a Senior Designer to lead creative output across brand, product, and marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong design instincts, a sharp portfolio, and proven experience in the crypto/Web3 space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand visuals across digital channels
• Enhance design systems with custom graphics and illustrations
• Design clean, user-friendly interfaces and experiences
• Create assets for social media, campaigns, and communications
• Lead website design and ensure brand consistency
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video content
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams
• Present ideas clearly and adapt to feedback

Requirements

• Strong experience in visual, UI/UX, and motion design
• Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools
• Proven ability to build and manage design systems
• Portfolio showing creative range and storytelling
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, and colour
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Crypto/Web3 experience is essential
