Senior Sales Specialist – Endpoint Security - £200k + OTE

My client a fast‐growing global software organization is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join its expanding team.

This role sits within a high‐growth software division that delivers advanced endpoint security, automated device management, and remediation capabilities across on‐premises and cloud environments. The platform is trusted globally for securing and managing millions of devices across diverse industries.

The Sales Specialist will serve as a key figure in driving customer acquisition, shaping sales strategy, and representing the platform in the broader market. The position requires frequent collaboration with clients, partners, technical advisors, customer success teams, and channel stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt new logos and acquire net‐new customers across the assigned region.
  • Selling into industries such as BFSI, Retail and Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and business partners to drive new sales and strategically expand existing accounts.
  • Exceed targets for new software sales, renewals, and retention.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, value presentations, and competitive positioning.
  • Work directly with sales teams to deliver solutions aligned to customer needs and overall product strategy.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels—customers, internal teams, and channel partners—to grow market share.
  • Provide thought leadership and direction across the sales cycle while achieving assigned targets.
  • Manage a broad territory requiring regular travel.
  • Partner with account teams to accelerate deal progression and close timelines.
  • Contribute to solution development by coordinating with other business units where needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer business processes, financial metrics, and key competitive landscapes.
  • Represent the platform at regional industry conferences, events, and user groups.
  • Support regional sales plays and collaborate with leadership to increase customer advocacy.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 6 years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally within the endpoint security or device management space.
  • Professional proficiency in the local language to build strong client relationships.
  • Previous experience selling into industries such as BFSI, Retail and Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with senior stakeholders and decision‐makers.
  • Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to align customer needs to platform value.
  • Deep understanding of the regional market, industries, customer profiles, and partner ecosystems.
  • A track record of success selling technology solutions and discussing both general and industry‐specific security challenges.
  • Ability to effectively and respectfully engage cross‐functional teams across large organizations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills suited for executive‐level and value‐driven discussions.
  • Ability to advise business leaders across multiple industries and articulate solutions that address their challenges.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools and platforms such as Tanium, Carbon Black, McAfee, Symantec, CrowdStrike, Cybereason, etc.
