A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Specialist to support, optimise, and develop its Epicor environment across a fast-paced production operation.
This is a key role focused on driving ERP performance, improving business processes, supporting users, and ensuring the system delivers maximum value across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the in-house Epicor ERP expert and primary point of contact
- Support, maintain, and optimise Epicor ERP across the business
- Work closely with operational stakeholders to improve processes and system utilisation
- Lead ERP projects, upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision-making
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and commercial teams to drive efficiency and automation
About You
- Proven experience supporting and developing Epicor ERP within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and production processes
- Experience with Epicor implementation, optimisation, upgrades, or business transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Experience with reporting, BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, or system customisation would be highly advantageous
