Overview
We are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing / Digital to take ownership of our performance channels and drive measurable growth across paid, owned, and earned media. This is a hands-on role for an ambitious Senior Manager or Head of Digital/Performance ready to step up, with the scope to influence brand growth in the luxury fashion space.
The Role
- Channel Ownership
- Lead day-to-day management of affiliates, paid search and paid social, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROAS and optimising across channels where needed.
- Oversee SEO and CRM activity, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey from acquisition through retention.
- Maintain strong technical and platform knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strategy & Growth
- Translate the annual marketing plan into actionable digital initiatives, delivered to a high standard.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing roadmap, balancing commercial performance with brand objectives.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities, challenging the status quo with data-driven innovation.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with the creative and brand teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered holistically.
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to the line manage (Growth) and senior stakeholders.
- Build effective partnerships with agencies and platform reps where required.
The candidate
- 5-8 years' experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally within fashion, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
- Deep expertise in paid social and paid search, with working knowledge of SEO and CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Commercially driven, balancing creativity with measurable performance.
- Collaborative and communicative, with experience working cross-functionally with creative and brand teams.
- Degree in Marketing, digital, or a related field (preferable).
- Ambitious and ready to step into a bigger leadership role.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing campaigns directly.
- Comfortable owning results and driving continuous improvement.
