About the Role

The Strategy Execution Manager is a customer-facing role within Cascade’s Strategy Execution Services function. This role sits at the intersection of strategy execution advisory, software implementation, and change enablement, focused on helping customers translate strategy into executable plans and embed Cascade into their operating model.

You will work hands-on with customer leadership teams during onboarding and implementation to design strategy structures, guide execution best practices, and drive early value realization. This role is delivery-led: success is defined by quality of implementation, strength of adoption, and improvement in customers’ strategy execution maturity.

This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy and customer exposure. It is not a Customer Success or Account Management role and does not own renewals, expansion, or commercial negotiations.

What You’ll Do

Strategy Execution & Advisory (Primary Focus)

  • Lead customers through structured strategy execution engagements, helping translate high-level strategy into clear objectives, measures, initiatives, ownership, and governance.
  • Facilitate engaging, workshop-style sessions (virtual and in-person where needed) with customer teams, from operators through to senior leadership.
  • Apply Cascade’s Strategy-Led Performance methodology to improve strategic clarity, execution discipline, and operating cadence.
  • Help organizations reverse-engineer metric-based strategies, connecting outcomes to initiatives, investments, and resources.
  • Guide customers through organizational behavior and change management considerations to support adoption of new execution models.

Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead or co-lead complex, enterprise-grade SaaS platform implementations as part of the Strategy Execution Services team.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to ensure plan design, platform configuration, and API/system integrations align with customer goals and drive rapid time-to-value for a recurring revenue model.
  • Define clear, quantifiable implementation outcomes, success metrics, and value milestones, with a focus on customer adoption and long-term platform engagement.
  • Provide hands-on guidance during early platform adoption, leveraging deep knowledge of the SaaS product to ensure customers are set up for sustainable execution success and maximize utilization.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, particularly those related to technical configuration and data migration, and coordinate internally to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

Customer Partnership (Delivery-Oriented)

  • Act as a trusted execution advisor to customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support executive and senior-leader discussions focused on strategy execution progress, governance, and outcomes.
  • Ensure customers understand not just how to use Cascade, but how to operationalize strategy using it.

Internal Enablement & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product and Services leadership to continuously refine Cascade’s execution methodology based on delivery learnings.
  • Contribute to the development of playbooks, templates, frameworks, and best-practice collateral used across Services.
  • Support pre-sales conversations where deep strategy execution or implementation expertise is required (e.g., discovery, solution design, scoping).
  • Contribute to thought leadership content related to strategy execution, operating models, and performance management.

  • Cascade is embedded into customers’ planning, review, and execution rhythms.
  • Implementations are smooth, well-scoped, and outcome-driven.
  • Customers demonstrate measurable improvement in execution clarity, focus, and follow-through.

You Have

  • 4-6+ years of experience in strategy execution, management consulting, internal strategy, or advisory roles.
  • Strong grounding in strategy execution disciplines (e.g., OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, performance management, operating models).
  • Extensive experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders to deliver structured outcomes.
  • Comfort facilitating workshops, leading executive-level discussions, and influencing without authority.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategic concepts.
  • Interest in technology-enabled business transformation; prior SaaS or implementation experience is a strong plus.
  • Typical backgrounds include management consulting, strategy advisory, internal strategy or transformation teams, or execution-heavy roles in complex organizations.

Location & Ways of Working

  • Remote role based in EMEA
  • Must be located within the broader EMEA region with reasonable overlap with European business hours
  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required
