A leading organisation within the tech events sector is seeking a commercially minded Senior Conference Producer to take ownership of high-value, large-scale conferences and global flagship events.

The Role

You'll play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development, identity, and commercial performance of major international events across fast-moving technology ecosystems.

Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for one or more high-value tech events

Conduct detailed market research across digital infrastructure, telecoms, fibre, cloud, AI, and wider technology markets

Shape audience value propositions, new product features, workshops, roundtables, and meeting formats.

About You

This is a mid-level role suited to someone with 4–6+ years' experience producing £1m+ shows and shaping event products strategically, not just building an agenda.

We're looking for someone who can genuinely own a major event, not just curate an agenda.

You will need 4–6+ years' experience producing mid- to large-scale B2B events (ideally £1m+ revenue shows).

A background in tech, telecoms, or comparable technology-led event sectors

OR

Strong experience delivering complex, high-growth tech ecosystem events (AI, cloud, enterprise tech)
