Lead Platform Engineer

Caspian One is partnering with a leading financial institution to deliver a next generation developer platform. We're looking for a Senior Developer Platform Engineer who can bring technical expertise and leadership to this high impact project.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and Deliver: Build and enhance software solutions that empower developers and support business objectives.
• Lead and Influence: Take ownership of complex initiatives, guide technical decisions, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce best practices to improve platform capabilities.

Key Skills

• Strong full-stack development experience, ideally with Python and JavaScript
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, GitLab/GitHub, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms for enterprise use is highly desirable.
