Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Fully office-based, On -site

What you'll be doing
- Providing 1st Line IT Support to users across the business.
- Logging, managing and resolving support requests through the IT ticketing system.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and user accounts.
- Assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Setting up new users, devices and user permissions.
- Escalating more complex technical issues where appropriate.
- Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues across the organisation.
- Supporting general day-to-day IT administration and projects as required.
- Previous experience within a 1st Line IT Support, IT Service Desk or Helpdesk position.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to prioritise workload in a busy support environment.
- Monday to Friday working pattern, no weekend work.
- 9:00am - 5:00pm hours.
