Catalyst Partners is delighted to be working with a fast paced international Fintech business. We are searching for an passionate Compensation Analyst to join a fast paced and agile Reward team. You will need exceptionally strong analytical compensation experience, and be comfortable working in an ever changing environment.

Key elements of the role:

• Support the annual merit review.
• Own bonus modelling, and benchmarking processes.
• Manage and administer deferred compensation programs.
• Provide ad-hoc support on Reward projects.
• Produce statutory reports.
• Answer employee queries around reward

Desired experience:

• Strong compensation experience
• Excellent analytical skills - bonus modelling, data analysts
• Experience working in a very fast paced business - tech / FS background desirable
• Ability to create reports and dashboards
