A private equity–backed technology business seeking a Head of People to join the leadership team during an exciting period of growth.
This is a high-growth environment with strong leadership, clear backing from investors, and a long-term vision to build a market-leading service.
This is an opportunity to build the People function from the ground up and will design and implement the people strategy required to support rapid organisational growth, create a high-performing culture, and deliver a great employee experience across a growing group structure.
You will work closely with the leadership team to shape the organisation as it scales and ensure the people infrastructure supports the business at every stage of its growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable HR processes, systems and policies.
- Build a modern, effective People function to support a rapidly growing organisation.
- Establish strong frameworks across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning and engagement.
- Partner with leadership on the people aspects of acquisitions.
- Support due diligence and integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Help align policies, culture and ways of working across the group.
- Introduce clear performance management frameworks and KPIs.
- Develop leadership capability and talent development initiatives.
- Support leaders to attract, develop and retain high-performing teams.
- Build relationships within the local community to support long-term talent pipelines.
- Introduce meaningful people metrics and reporting.
- Provide data-driven insight to support workforce planning and strategic decision making.
- Help shape and embed the organisation’s mission, purpose and values.
- Support the development of a unified culture across the group as it grows.
The right candiate will have operated in a lean HR function, in a high growth environment with some international coverage and will have experience of driving growth related People intervetions in a PE backed business.
