Job Title: People Partner
Sector: Consumer Services/ Engineering
Location: London (hybrid) - with travel to Hampshire
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 Base plus bonus
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join an expanding business to partner closely with the CTO as the business continues to grow. This role will focus on partnering with the Technology/ Product arm of the organisation, playing a crucial role in driving our people strategy and supporting our growth.

- Collaborate with technology leadership to understand business goals and develop people strategies that support these objectives.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on all aspects of people management, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Analyse People metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement People policies and procedures that align with business objectives and promote best practices.
- Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Facilitate training and development programmes to build capability and support career progression.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace

- Proven experience as a People Partner (senior/ lead), supporting a technology or product team.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
