Our client is a well-established and growing international tech business delivering AI-powered web automation to Big Tech and tech multinationals. With strength in travel, recruitment and online retail, its platform is used to improve shopping experiences and increase conversions for millions of web users, to date facilitating over $1bn in transactional volume. Were seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.Reporting directly to the CFO, this hands-on role takes ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and effective support for business operations.Your key responsibilities as Finance Manager will include:Financial reporting and managementBudgeting and forecastingPayroll and employee benefitsAccounts payable and receivableCompliance and governanceBusiness partneringSystems and process improvementAs Finance Manager youll need:Strong recent commercial experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar role, preferably gained working in fast-paced, high-growth, SME SaaS or technology businessACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification or equivalentStrong management accounting, forecasting and cashflow management experience, supporting senior leadership with financial analysis and reportingExperience managing payroll and statutory reporting requirementsAdvanced Excel/Google sheets skills and experience using cloud-based accounting systems Xero beneficialStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProactive and self-motivatedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAble to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyRewards and Benefits:Basic salary between £35,000 and £40,000 + benefitsMaximum pay/rewards, dependent on possessing all outlined experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications12 month fixed term contract - maternity coverRemote role (Newcastle based CFO)FlexibilityPlease note, we review applications on receipt and aim to respond to shortlisted candidates within 5 days.
