GIS Technician - Temp

NoCatch 22 supporting a public-sector estates team with a short-term GIS Technician requirement to deliver a  GIS project in the centre of Manchester.  

• £19.23-£21.98 per hour
• 35 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
• ASAP start  - 3-month contract (to July)
• Hybrid - 2-3 days in office / rest from home

The Role

• Support delivery of a Digital Twin using GIS data
• Build, maintain and validate estates-related GIS datasets
• Produce visual analytics, reports and dashboards
• Work across ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Revit and Power BI
• Carry out on-site surveys to verify estate information

Ideal Candidate

• GIS degree or equivalent 3-5 years industry experience
• Strong ArcGIS experience essential
• Experience working with built-environment / estates data
• Confident querying and handling complex datasets
• Detail-focused and comfortable with tight project timelines
• Able to work on a temporary basis and start immediately
