Our client, a leading retail end-user organisation, is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll play a key role in supporting our business systems, with a focus on NetSuite ERP. You'll work closely with the Operations Lead and other teams to keep their systems running smoothly, resolve day-to-day issues, and contribute to small improvements and process optimisations.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or business systems.
• Exposure to or strong interest in learning NetSuite ERP.
• Basic understanding of system administration concepts (users, permissions, configurations).
• Previous hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Exposure to integration tools such as Celigo or SPS Commerce.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) or PIM systems.
• Knowledge of data governance, reporting, or analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily administration of NetSuite ERP, including user account management, permissions, and basic configurations.
• Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and testing.
• Respond to and resolve end-user support tickets promptly.
• Document processes, common issues, and solutions to build a knowledge base.
• Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across ERP and integrated platforms.

Location: Cambridgeshire
