We’re supporting a leading OneStream partner consultancy that is continuing to grow its delivery team due to strong client demand. They’re looking to hire a Functional OneStream Consultant with a background as a Business Analyst across OneStream or wider EPM finance transformation programmes.

This is a client-facing role focused on shaping and delivering high-quality OneStream solutions from a functional perspective. It’s ideal for someone who understands finance processes deeply and can translate business requirements into effective system designs, without needing hands-on technical or coding experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work as a Functional Consultant on end-to-end OneStream implementations for enterprise clients
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with senior finance stakeholders
• Act in a Business Analyst capacity, documenting business processes, requirements, and functional designs
• Translate finance needs (planning, consolidation, reporting) into clear OneStream solution designs
• Partner closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective system configuration
• Support solution validation including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, driving process improvement and best practice
• Assist with client training, adoption, and post-go-live support
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience working on OneStream implementations in a functional or Business Analyst capacity
• Background in EPM / CPM / Finance Transformation projects
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (FP&A, consolidation, financial reporting)
• Proven ability to engage with and influence senior finance stakeholders
• Experience facilitating workshops and producing high-quality functional documentation
• Experience within a consultancy or OneStream partner environment

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to other EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, TM1, Anaplan)
• Finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
